Roger Amos

Roger Amos is the Chairman of Tyrian Diagnostics Limited, a Director and Audit Committee Chairman of REA Group Limited and Director and Audit Committee Chairman of AUSTAR, all of which are publicly listed Australian companies. Roger is an independent member of the Audit Committee of the Global Carbon Capture and Storage Institute and the Chairman of Opera Foundation Australia. Roger's prior roles include Deputy Chairman and Audit Committee Chairman of the Film Finance Corporation Australia Limited. Roger retired in 2006 after 25 years' as a Partner in the Assurance and Risk Advisory Service Division of KPMG, where he focused on the Information, Communication and Entertainment Industry (ICE). He held various senior roles in the KPMG Global ICE practice including Chairman of the Global Communications Industry Group.


Mr. William (Bill) Bartlett - Chairman

William (Bill) Bartlett - Chairman

Bill Bartlett is a Director of Suncorp Metway, RGA Inc and Peptech. Bill has had 35 years experience in the accounting field and was a partner of Ernst & Young in Australia for 23 years, retiring in 2003. He has extensive experience in the actuarial, insurance and financial services sectors. Bill holds an honorary position on the Boards of the St James Ethics Centre, the Bradman Foundation and the Bradman Museum. Bill is a member of The Spastic Centre’s CBD Golf Committee which has raised over $4.6 million for The Spastic Centre.


Ms Monique Cronin

Monique Cronin

Monique Cronin is a consultant for Slater and Gordon Lawyers based in Brisbane and has over 12 years distribution experience in the financial services and banking industry. Monique holds a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Applied Science from Queensland University of Technology, has completed the Advanced Diploma of Financial Services and has studied Leadership programs via Harvard Business School.


Mr. James Hodgkinson

James Hodgkinson

James Hodgkinson has over 20 years experience in property funds management, investment banking and chartered accounting. James is a non-executive Director of the Goodman Group in Australia and New Zealand and a Director of the Macquarie Group Foundation. He is a Certified Practising Accountant and a Fellow of the Australian Property Institute. James is the founder of The Spastic Centre’s 20/twenty Challenge event which has raised over $2.6 million in the last 7 years. James was previously an Executive Director of Macquarie Group Limited.


Mr. Graham Huxley AM

Graham Huxley AM

Graham Huxley AM was founder and Managing Director of Huxley Homes from 1969 to 2003. In that time, Huxley Homes built over 25,000 homes and received 86 industry awards. Graham is currently Chairman of the Australian Building Codes Board and Vice President of the NSW Building Professionals Board. Over the last 15 years Graham has been a key supporter of The Spastic Centre, building and generously contributing to the establishment of respite houses in Dee Why, St Ives, Castle Hill and many other facilities. These facilities have had a positive impact on the lives of hundreds of children and adults with cerebral palsy.


Ms Anne Keating

Anne Keating

Anne Keating was the General Manager, Australia of United Airlines from 1993 to 2001. Anne is now a professional director with board positions in a range of industries including advertising, property, construction, banking and medical research. Anne is on the boards of Macquarie Goodman Management Limited, STW Communications Group Limited, Macquarie Leisure Management Limited, and Spencer Street Station Redevelopment Holdings Limited. She is also a member of the Advisory Council RBS Group (Australia), formerly known as ABN AMRO and a Director of the Garvan Institute. Anne was an inaugural Director of the Victor Chang Cardiac Research Institute. In addition to her board commitments, Anne runs her own consulting business.


Don Koch

Don Koch is the CEO of ING DIRECT Australia. Don joined the ING Group in January 1999, and over the past decade has progressed through the organisation, holding a number of international posts throughout Europe, India and Australasia. Don began his career in the banking sector in Technology Management for the Commonwealth Bank of Australia before joining Citibank where he became the Chief Information Officer for their Consumer Banking Australia Ltd, with responsibility for Australia and New Zealand.


Sally Loane

Sally Loane

Sally Loane is the Director of Media and Public Affairs for Coca-Cola Amatil. Sally has an extensive background in reporting on political, social and consumer issues. She has worked for major Australian newspapers including The Age, The Australian, Sydney Morning Herald and The National Times and has 25 years of experience in journalism. Sally’s first book "Who Cares? Guilt, Hope and the Child-Care Debate" was published in 1997. Until mid 2005, Sally was the host of the Morning Program on 702 ABC Sydney. Sally is currently a Director of SCEGGS Darlinghurst, a patron of Good Beginnings, and a Director of the NSW Rugby Union.


Mr. Paul Masi

Paul Masi

Paul Masi is the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of Austock Group. He is the former Country Head and Chief Executive Officer of Merrill Lynch in Australia. Paul joined Merrill Lynch in Australia in 2000 and was previously Country Co-Head and Head of Australasian Equities before moving to Hong Kong in 2003 as Head of Asia Pacific Region Equity Markets and Equity Trading. Since 1995, Paul has sat on several Australian Stock Exchange committees, including the Rules Committee, The National Adjudicatory Tribunal and the Appeals Tribunal. Paul is the father of 6 year old Gracie who has cerebral palsy.


Mr. Nick Moraitis AM

Nick Moraitis AM

Nick Moraitis AM is CEO and Chairman of Moraitis Group of Companies, one of Australia’s leading fresh produce suppliers. Nick is a Director of The Sydney Turf Club and also President of the Casterllorizan Club in Kensington. For almost 10 years, Nick has been a strong supporter of The Spastic Centre. He is Chairman of The Might And Power Gala Race Day Committee which to date has raised over $2.8 million for The Spastic Centre’s children’s therapy services for rural families.


Cathy O’Connor

Cathy O’Connor is Chief Executive Officer of DMG Radio Australia. Cathy oversees the national Nova radio network as well as Vega stations in Sydney and Melbourne, Star104.5 and FIVEaa in Adelaide. For 10 years Cathy held the dual role of General Manager of 2DAY FM and Triple M Sydney. In 1996 Cathy won the Telstra NSW Business Women’s Award for the Private Sector in the Over 100 Employees Category, recognising her significant career achievements. Cathy has also been awarded a Centenary Medal for Australian Society in Business Leadership in 2003.


James Warburton

James Warburton is the Chief Sales and Digital Officer of the Seven Media Group. James is responsible for $1.5 billion of revenue across the Seven Media Group of companies, the Seven Network, Pacific Magazines and Yahoo 7 as well as driving and shaping the direction of the groups digital strategy in Australia. In addition to the revenue and digital responsibilities, James represents Seven’s interests on shareholder and industry boards, as Chairman of Hybrid Television Services (TiVo) and a board member of Yahoo7, Free TV, Freeview and OzTam. Prior to Seven, James spent much of his career in the advertising industry, having been Managing Director of a leading media agency as well as a General Manager of Marketing in the automotive industry.
