Preferred wording for a bequest to the Cerebral Palsy Foundation
"to be used for the general purpose of the Cerebral Palsy Foundation and I DIRECT that the receipt of the public officer or other proper person for the time being in this organisation shall be a full and sufficient discharge to my trustee for the payment of such benefit."
