The Australian CP Register
The Australian CP Register is a confidential research database of information about people with cerebral palsy in Australia.
People with cerebral palsy are invited to join the Register. Your contribution will greatly assist research work in cerebral palsy.
The main aims of the CP Register are to:
- Monitor the incidence and prevalence of cerebral palsy
- Assist in the planning of services for children and adults who have CP
- Gain further understanding about the causes of cerebral palsy
- Evaluate preventative strategies
- Provide an essential data source for preventative research.
The Cerebral Palsy Institute is the custodian of the Australian CP Register.
